My order shows as delivered, but I have not received it. What do I need to do?

Our standard process for this situation is to file a claim, wait to see if it is accepted or denied and then handle accordingly, which can take up to 3 weeks, possibly more.

We recommend that you contact your local postman and/or USPS Office.  Many times, this can be resolved quickly because the package is still at the USPS or the postman mistakenly delivered it to a nearby neighbor.

 

Since you are there, you can usually get a faster response with the Postal Service.
